Scope

This statement applies to genesismobo.com in all nine language versions. GenesisMobo sp. z o.o. is not a public sector body and has no statutory obligation to publish an accessibility statement. We publish it voluntarily because we treat accessibility as a quality standard.

Conformance status

The website conforms to WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) at levels A and AA. We also meet selected level AAA criteria:

  • 1.4.6 Contrast (Enhanced): regular text has a contrast ratio of at least 7:1
  • 2.3.3 Animation from Interactions: all animations can be turned off
  • 2.4.8 Location: breadcrumbs show where you are on the website
  • 2.5.5 Target Size: buttons and links are at least 44 × 44 pixels

Accessibility features

  • Keyboard access

    Every function works without a mouse. The focused element has a clear outline, and the “Skip to content” link lets you bypass the menu.

  • Screen readers

    Pages have a logical heading structure, labelled regions, text alternatives and form field labels. When you move to another page, the screen reader announces its title.

  • High contrast

    Text meets enhanced contrast requirements, so it stays readable with low vision and in bright light.

  • Zoom

    Content can be enlarged to 400% without horizontal scrolling. The layout adapts to phone and tablet screens.

  • Animation control

    You can pause animations with the button in the bottom right corner of the screen. The website also respects the system reduced motion setting.

  • Language versions

    Each of the nine language versions has its language correctly marked, so screen readers use the right pronunciation.

How we assessed it

We carried out the assessment ourselves. It included:

  • automated tests with axe-core for WCAG 2.1 rules at levels A, AA and AAA, on every page, in desktop and mobile views;
  • measurements of text contrast and touch target sizes;
  • manual tests of keyboard navigation and focus order;
  • a check of the layout at a width of 320 pixels, which corresponds to 400% zoom.
