We process the data provided in the form in order to:
- answer your enquiry, including sending the requested offer, and continue the correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest is handling enquiries and communicating with clients, including persons representing our clients and business partners);
- take steps at your request before entering into a contract, if you are to be a party to it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- establish, pursue or defend possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- if you give your consent – send commercial information by electronic means and contact you by phone for marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – direct marketing of our products and services – in connection with Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of actions taken before its withdrawal.
Recipients of the data may include providers of IT, hosting, e-mail and CRM services, as well as legal and advisory services – only to the extent necessary to provide those services.
As we use services such as Google, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
We keep the data for as long as the correspondence continues and then until the limitation period for possible claims expires. Data used for marketing purposes is kept until you withdraw your consent or object.
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability – to the extent provided for in the GDPR. You may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interest, and an objection to processing for direct marketing will always be respected. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry. Giving marketing consent is voluntary and does not affect the handling of your enquiry. Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.
