Scope

This policy applies to genesismobo.com in all language versions. Websites we link to, such as time4bus.com, partner websites and social media, have their own privacy rules.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact form

We process the data you enter in the form: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, company name, position (if provided) and your message, together with information about your consents and the date the form was sent. We process the data in order to:

• answer your enquiry, including sending the requested offer, and continue the correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest is handling enquiries and communicating with clients, including persons representing our clients and business partners);
• take steps at your request before entering into a contract, if you are to be a party to it (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• establish, pursue or defend possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR);
• if you give your consent – send commercial information by electronic means and contact you by phone for marketing purposes (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – direct marketing of our products and services – in connection with Article 398 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law). You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of actions taken before its withdrawal.

E-mail and phone contact

If you write to us or call us directly, we process your contact details and the content of the correspondence to reply and stay in touch, including with persons representing our clients and business partners (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

If you give your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to improve it. The service collects information such as the pages visited, device, browser and approximate location, linked to an identifier stored in a cookie. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law).

Security and operation of the website

The server records technical information about requests in its logs, such as the IP address, date and time, page address and browser type. To protect the form against spam, we keep the sender’s IP address in the server’s memory for no longer than 10 minutes. We do this in our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Social media

The website footer contains links to our social media profiles. These are plain links: the website does not embed plug-ins of these services and does not send them any data until you click a link. Once you go to a service, its privacy rules apply.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores the following information in your browser:

You can change or withdraw your consent to Google Analytics cookies at any time – click “Cookie settings” in the website footer. When you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies. You can also delete cookies and local storage data in your browser settings.

Recipients of data

Data may be received by providers of IT, hosting, e-mail and CRM services, as well as legal and advisory services – only to the extent necessary to provide those services. If you consent to statistics, Google Ireland Limited, the provider of Google Analytics, is also a recipient.

Transfers outside the EEA

As we use Google services, data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to the United States. Transfers are based on a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

How long we keep data

• Form and correspondence data – for as long as the correspondence continues and then until the limitation period for possible claims expires.
• Data used for marketing – until you withdraw your consent or object.
• Google Analytics data – no longer than 14 months.
• Server logs – no longer than necessary to keep the website secure.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to:

• access your data and receive a copy;
• have your data rectified;
• have your data erased;
• restrict processing;
• data portability – to the extent provided for in the GDPR;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest – an objection to direct marketing will always be respected;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

Providing data is voluntary

Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry. Giving marketing consent is voluntary and does not affect the handling of your enquiry. Your data is not used for automated decision-making, including profiling.

Data security

The connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorised persons who need the data to perform their duties have access to it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when the law or the services we use change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last change is shown at the top.
